LIM has embarked on a charity initiative to provide employees a way to give back to our community and support social causes. Employees are encouraged to pitch their favorite nonprofit organizations, keeping in mind our focus on the local community, healthcare, women’s issues and inner city youth. LIM employees collectively pick a nonprofit organization semi-annually to support and LIM matches each employee contribution up to a certain amount.
