LIM employees formed a group in 2022 centered around our firm’s values. The group members represent all areas of the firm and focus their efforts on three pillars:

  • Collaborate with our employees to achieve high levels of engagement by understanding areas of strength and improvement.
  • Educate our employees on the value of different perspectives.
