In 2022, we formed an IDEA Working Group shaped by our values and work with team members from all areas of the firm representing different backgrounds and life experiences. The goal of this group is to develop a framework that seeks to:

  • Educate our employees on how to promote IDEA at LIM.
  • Advocate for diversity via our external networks, volunteering, and recruiting.
  • Collaborate with our employees to achieve high levels of engagement by understanding areas of strength and improvement.
