Policy pundits often speculate what actions may be prioritized in the first 100 days of a new presidential term. This benchmark period, established during Franklin D. Roosevelt’s presidency in the 1930s, has become a measure of early success and indicator of policy priorities of a new administration. For President Trump, fewer than 10 days were needed to formally communicate many of his priorities.
