On behalf of LIM’s employees and Board of Managers, we are excited to share our third annual “Pathways to Sustainability” report.

In our inaugural report, we identified LIM’s key stakeholders and shared the ways in which our corporate structure, business operations, and investment process remain closely aligned with our firm’s core values. This year, we once again revisit LIM’s near-term priorities and the progress made toward achieving our long-term goals, while also remaining mindful of the evolving needs of our business and industry.
