On behalf of LIM’s employees and Board of Managers, we are excited to share our fourth annual “Pathways to Sustainability” report.

Our inaugural report in 2022 identified LIM’s key stakeholders and discussed how we seek to align our corporate structure, business operations, and investment process with our firm’s core values. In our 2025 report, we provide updates on this alignment – both in the management of our firm and in the community, environmental, and industry initiatives in which we are involved. We are proud of our continued progress amid ongoing and new industry and regulatory challenges, and we feel that the sustainability of LIM remains upheld by strong client relationships, a talented team, and a broad-based commitment to all stakeholders.
