LIM Announces New Principals
BOSTON, MA, April 9, 2024 — Longfellow Investment Management Co., LLC (LIM), a $17.3bn investment management firm, announced the addition of four new principals to the firm as of April 1, 2024.
The new principals include Karen Gemmett, CFA, Head of Securitized and Portfolio Manager, Nicole Tremblay, Esq., General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Kevin Chisholm, CFA, Director of Relationship Management, and Meagen Sweeney, Director of Operations and Infrastructure.

Karen Gemmett joined the firm in 2022 as a member of the investment team. She leads the securitized research team and focuses her analysis on residential mortgage-backed securities. With more than 25 years of investment industry experience, Karen quickly became a valuable addition to the investment team through her securitized sector knowledge and investment acumen.
Nicole Tremblay joined LIM in 2021 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She has brought more than twenty-five years of legal and compliance experience to LIM. In addition, her executive experience has made her a vital resource for the firm’s leadership as we navigate the constantly evolving regulatory environment.
With almost 20 years of investment industry experience, Kevin Chisholm joined LIM in 2021 to service our existing clients and consultants and expand relationships among the institutional investment community. Kevin has been a valuable addition to the team as the firm continues to grow.
Meagen Sweeney joined the firm in 2022 to lead the firm’s operations group. As Director of Operations and Infrastructure, Meagen has spearheaded initiatives to streamline processes and team structure while ensuring that LIM remains current with industry operational and technology trends.
