LIM Announces New Principals
Boston, MA, April 8, 2026: Longfellow Investment Management Co., LLC (LIM), a $24 billion investment management firm, today announced the promotion of three new principals, effective April 1, 2026.
The new principals are Jason Domina, Analyst; Nicole Burbridge, Relationship Manager; and Michael Cipriani, Accounting Manager.

Mr. Domina joined the firm in 2024 as an analyst on the investment team, focusing on research and analysis within the financial sector. With more than 15 years of experience as a bank examiner, he has quickly become a key contributor to the team.
Ms. Burbridge joined LIM in 2023 and serves as a relationship manager. She is responsible for developing and maintaining consultant and client relationships, as well as supporting new business development efforts. With more than 10 years of industry experience, she is an integral member of the team.
Mr. Cipriani joined the firm in 2020 and serves as Accounting Manager, overseeing bookkeeping and supporting HR functions. With more than nine years of experience in accounting and auditing, he has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting.
Founded in 1986, LIM employs 52 professionals, 26 of whom are principals. The firm is 80% women-owned and has been a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise since 2010.
