BOSTON, MA – December 9, 2025: Longfellow Investment Management Co., LLC (LIM) has been recognized in the 2025 Best Places to Work in Money Management announced by Pensions & Investments.

The 14th annual survey and recognition program is dedicated to recognizing the best employers in the money management industry.

Barbara originally purchased an ownership stake in LIM in 2005 when the firm had fewer than 10 employees and approximately $700 million in assets under management. Today, LIM has 55 employees and $23 billion in AUM (as of November 30, 2025). Barbara says the firm continues to prioritize a team-based approach as well as the personal and professional growth of all employees, both of which ultimately benefit the firm and its clients.

Pensions & Investments partnered with Workforce Research Group, a research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees. The first part evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation. The second part included an employee survey to measure employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation.
